At Herbal Clarity, your satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to ensuring our customers have a transparent and fair experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a hassle-free returns and refund process, fully compliant with UK consumer laws and financial institution guidelines.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The request is made within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The item is not excluded under our Non-Returnable Items clause (see section 4).</li
- You provide a valid proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt).
To initiate a return, please contact us at Help@HerbalClarity.Store with:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Reason for the return
- Photographs (if item is damaged or defective)
We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and shipping details.
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
- Items marked as final sale
- Perishable goods
- Supplements or ingestible items once opened or seal broken
- Gift cards or downloadable software
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved:
- A full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
- We’ll send you an email confirmation once your refund is processed.
If your return is not approved, we will contact you with further options.
We do not currently offer direct product exchanges. If you would like a different item, we recommend initiating a return and placing a new order separately.
If you haven’t received a refund within 10 business days:
- Double-check your bank or card account.
- Contact your payment provider, as processing times can vary.
- If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please email us at Help@HerbalClarity.Store.
Unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of postage, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without it.
To maintain fairness and integrity, returns may be subject to verification. Orders suspected of abuse or fraud may be declined or escalated for investigation. This protects both our genuine customers and financial partners.
